Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it may occasionally happen that an order is damaged during transport or that another issue occurs which entitles you to make a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery of the goods. You may also have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover, or reasonably should have discovered, a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A period of two months is always considered reasonable. Depending on the circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

 

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@tjtrading.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you may submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Consumers in the EU may also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
