Shipping Policy TJ Trading V.O.F.

1. Dispatch of Orders

1.1 Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

1.2 Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

2.1 The estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day
  • Germany & Luxembourg: 1–3 business days
  • Poland, Czech Republic, France, Austria, Slovakia, Ireland & Denmark: 2–4 business days
  • Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia & Croatia: 2–5 business days
  • Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden & Finland: 3–6 business days
  • Greece: 4–8 business days

2.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, local delivery and/or external circumstances with the carrier. In many countries, delivery also takes place on Saturdays.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on the destination and the weight of the order.

4. Shipping Partner

4.1 TJ Trading V.O.F. uses the services of PostNL & DPD to ship orders.

5. Track & Trace

5.1 Customers will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number, allowing them to track the status of their order via the website of PostNL or DPD.

6. Delays

6.1 In the event of unforeseen delays in the shipping process, TJ Trading V.O.F. will inform customers as soon as possible.

7. Delivery When Not at Home

7.1 If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL or DPD will attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbor. If this is not possible, a notification will be left with instructions on how to collect the parcel from a PostNL or DPD service point.

8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Addresses

8.1 If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, TJ Trading V.O.F. will contact the customer to obtain the correct address details. Additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Complaints

9.1 Complaints related to shipping must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after receipt of the order.
