General Terms and Conditions TJ Trading V.O.F.
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between TJ Trading V.O.F., hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".
2. Product Information
All products offered on the Seller’s webshop are provided with accurate and complete information regarding price, specifications, and delivery conditions.
3. Order and Payment
3.1 The Buyer places an order by completing the steps of the ordering process on the Seller’s website.
3.2 Payment must be made using the methods indicated during the ordering process.
4. Delivery
4.1 The Seller will make every effort to deliver orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
4.2 Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the Buyer in a timely manner.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after receipt of the goods, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
5.2 After registering the return, the Buyer has at least an additional 14 days to return the goods.
5.3 After receipt and inspection of the returned product, TJ Trading V.O.F. will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
5.4 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
5.5 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal: Certain products cannot be returned, such as personalized goods or products that deteriorate quickly. These exclusions are clearly stated in the relevant product information.
6. Warranty
6.1 The Seller guarantees that the delivered products conform to the agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 The warranty period and conditions are stated on the Seller’s website.
7. Liability
7.1 The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the delivered goods.
7.2 The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.
8. Complaints Procedure
8.1 Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after discovery of the defect.
8.2 The Seller will respond to complaints within a reasonable period and will make every effort to resolve them to the best of its ability.
8.3 Dispute Mediation: The Seller is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur. In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur, which will provide mediation free of charge. Please verify whether this webshop has an active membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/ledenlijst/.
If no solution is reached, the consumer has the option to submit the complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both the Seller and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this committee involves costs, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.
8.4 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): For disputes, you may also use the European ODR platform.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Groningen, the Netherlands.
